Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Methods We offer the following shipping methods:

• Standard Shipping: 4-10 Business Days

2. Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method and the destination. We offer free shipping on all orders!

3. Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 24 hours. Orders placed after 4PM EST will be processed the next business day.

4. Delivery Time Once your order is shipped, delivery times may vary based on your location. Please allow 4-10 days for delivery. Please note that shipping times may be longer during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.

5. Tracking Your Order You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. You can track your order on our website here.

6. International Shipping We currently ship to 120 countries. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Shipping Restrictions We do not ship to Russia, Japan, Or China.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at Support@pelvitone.us. We will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
